Pishon Gold Resources Inc. is a placer mining company in Nansen Creek, 70 kms west of Carmacks, YT, Canada. Placer gold has been found in this area since 1898. The mining activity is going on since then. The business has been operated by private owners for 18 years. They sold the business to 38241 Yukon Inc. in 2005. 38241 Yukon Inc. operated the placer gold mine for a year and then merged to Pishon Gold Resources Inc. in 2006.

The Mt. Nansen claims and campsite are located 10 kms from the BYG (British Yukon Gold) hard rock mine site in a permafrost area. Access is by a government maintained road for 62 kms out of Carmacks, the final 10-km maintained by the miners.

Pishon Gold Resources Inc. owns (100%) 56 placer gold claims and heavy equipments including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. The company is negotiating with others to purchase other 62 placer gold claims. We plan to have 3 trammel screen plants in 2007. The projected production of placer gold is 3,000 ounces.
